"Вивальди. Времена Танго" - новая, уникальная программа Юрия Медяника и «Emotion-orchestra». Впервые в мире цикл «Времена Года» Антонио Вивальди переработан в стилистике Танго.
По статистике, цикл концертов для скрипки "Времена Года" Антонио Вивальди является самым частоисполняемым и частозаписываемым произведением в мире. Благодаря мастерству Юрия Медяника и «Emotion-orchestra» в программе "Вивальди. Времена Танго" удалось максимально точно сохранить исходную Партитуру Вивальди, где каждый из 4 Концертов индивидуален в своем звучании благодаря использованию элементов милонги, замбы и чакареры - разновидностям жанра танго.
Концерты Вивальди прозвучат в стиле Танго в исполнении единственного в своем роде состава инструментов – баяна, скрипки, гитары и контрабаса. В данном контексте баян выступает как признанный классический академический инструмент, что позволяет существенно расширить диапазон звучания и трактовок, далеко выходящих за рамки именно аргентинских традиций исполнения Танго.
Мировая премьера «Вивальди. Времена Танго» состоялась летом 2014 года в рамках JazzRally Festival в Дюссельдорфе и в Концертном
Зале им. П.И.Чайковского в Москве.

Yuri Medianik, one of the most prominent and successful Russian musicians, a multiinstrumentalist and conductor, presents a new and unique concert program: Vivaldi. Four Seasons of Tango. It is for the first time in the world, when Vivaldi’s cycle The Four Seasons has been rearranged to meet tango stylistics.
According to statistics, a cycle of violin concertos The Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi is the most frequently performed and recorded music piece in the world. Great skills of Yuri Medianik and Emotion-orchestra made it possible to preserve the original Vivaldi’s score with the highest degree of accuracy, where each of four concertos has its unique sound due to the use of milonga, zamba and chacarera elements – various styles of tango.
Vivaldi’s concertos will be performed in tango style by an exclusive instrument ensemble which includes bayan, violin, guitar and contrabass. In this context, the bayan acts as a recognized classical academic instrument which gives us the opportunity to considerably expand the sounding and interpretation ranges going far beyond original Argentine traditions of tango performance.
The world premiere of Vivaldi. Four Seasons of Tango was held on Summer 2014 as part of JazzRally Festival in Dusseldorf, Germany and in the Great Hall of Moscow Chaykovskiy Philharmonia and received rapturous applause from audience.
